Hopes and dreams

Before my stroke, I dreamt of moving to London, and getting an apartment at Canary Wharf and a fancy high flying job as a business woman, in the investment stock market etc.

I changed my plans and my career choices. I got a placement as a PCGE teacher and planned to move to Dubai or somewhere to get a job as a teacher.

However after my stroke I was shattered, but still very determined.

I plan to create a yoga studio for disabled people as well as a place where they can talk about their future plans and goals.

I  have plans to turn my white house into a bar or to rent  it out and starting generating income.

I plan to turn my garden into a playing centre for children.

I dream of travelling all the world to see and experience new places and adventures.

I  also want to start an awareness program for people who have had a stroke and encourage them to   know that the sky is the limit. I would also like to educate other stroke survivors by doing projects e.g candle making projects.

I want to have my own children in the future, I would also like to adopt a child who needs love and a family. I would like to educate my children to be the best they can be, so they can make a difference in the world.

I dream of becoming a prominent stroke survivor in future, and doing talk shows on television.

HOPES

I hope that my dreams will come to pass

I hope that l will continue to be an independent woman in future

I hope l will continue to have compassion for the people around me, and not push unnecessary boundaries

I have hopes of planting different kind of flowers around my yard.

I hope to make a bigger difference to other people, regardless of how small my contribution is.

I hope Coco can have a companion in the future, as it would add to my family.(Lol)
