Date and Time

I have a numb right ear.  Before my stroke my ears were excellent. Now, my right ear is different to my left ear. Time after time, my ear  blocks because I can’t feel it.

Today I had an appointment with an ear doctor. I went to the health centre, the staff said “there is no appointment”. I was puzzled. My carer booked the appointment a couple of weeks ago. Turns out my carer or the clinic had the wrong patient. I felt frustrated, if I could say dates and times I would have booked this myself. Date, times and numbers are important to me because day to day I want to independently manage my life. I don’t want to need help.
